The Omega catch
A piece of grilled salmon with a sprinkling of salt is no doubt a gastronomic delight. And as pleasing as it is to the taste buds, food lovers have partaken of the oily fish assured that it is good for their blood vessels. Fish such as salmon and mackerel have oil throughout the fillet and in the belly cavity, rather than only in the liver like white fish. They are a good source of Omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamins A and D.

Soothing balm
My skin can always tell it's fall even before the mercury drops. The falling humidity causes my lips to crack and the skin on the back of my hands to feel papery, a sure indicator of dryness.
